2.1 The bidder shall have an independent legal person in China, hold a valid business license, have the personnel, equipment, capital and other capabilities necessary for the performance of the contract, and have the ability to assist the tenderer to implement the project on time grid power generation. The bidder must have the engineering design (power industry) grade B or above qualification (can engage in the general contracting business within the scope of the qualification certificate license); Or have the power engineering general contracting grade III or above qualification.

2.1 The bidder shall have an independent legal person in China, hold a valid business license, have the personnel, equipment, capital and other capabilities necessary for the performance of the contract, and have the ability to assist the tenderer to implement the project on time grid power generation.
The bidder must have the engineering design (power industry) grade B or above qualification (can engage in the general contracting business within the scope of the qualification certificate license); Or have the power engineering general contracting grade III or above qualification.
The project manager to be dispatched must have the national second-class registered construction engineer qualification certificate (major in construction engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering).
And has undertaken a total capacity of 10NW and above photovoltaic power station EPC project manager performance (provide contract or inspection certificate or user certificate or enterprise appointment letter (with a contract) and other sealed materials).
In the past three years (2020-2022), the bidder shall have at least one photovoltaic project with a size of 10MW or above (the performance shall be subject to the contract signing date), and shall provide the scanned copy of the contract that can prove the performance requirements (must contain at least: the seal page of the contract buyer and seller, the main content of the contract, the contract signing date and key technical parameters and other information).
